DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY
Customer will receive an instant payment notification by email once the payment is debited from their card.
Customer will claim their ride with iSKI Club Watersports "I LOVE SKI WATER SPORTS L.L.C" based on their request.

Customer will receive an instant payment notification by email once the payment is debited from their card.
Refund Policy
You may request to cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to the booking start time. If the service starts in less than 24 hours, the booking cannot be canceled and the refund policy applies.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the paying card.
Packages can only be refunded if not used. Packages that have been used for the booking of 1 or more sessions cannot be refunded. Non-utilized package credits cannot be refunded and can only be redeemed within available timings indicated on the www.iski.club.
For No Refund Policy
In the event of:
- No Show
- Short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours of the booking start time)
- Packages that have been utilized for 1 or more sessions
I LOVE SKI WATERSPORTS L.L.C reserves the right not to refund the paid amount.
